Time for Independence

In the new Sixth Form Centre you will have your own Common Room where you can relax comfortably with your friends and make hot drinks and snacks.   The views out to the hills are spectacular – and encourage you mentally to aim high!

Next door is a quiet ‘Internet café for you to study and research, using your own laptop if you like, in non-lesson time.   Coffee and hot chocolate help you make a determined start to those A Level questions!  WI-fi over the whole centre gives you access to the latest news and information. 

There is also the well-stocked UCAS/ Careers Library which supplements the downstairs library (which holds subject-specific books and magazines).  The Common Rooms has its own newspapers: keeping abreast of current affairs and burning issues will help you prepare for life beyond school as well as for further education...
