Geography “The world is in your hands”. Geography helps to promote and develop an understanding of the world in which we live. It helps give us closer insight into local and global issues. Geography helps us to be aware of the world around us and how our actions can influence the future. We investigate Physical and Human Geography topics at a range of scales, using a variety of skills. Fieldwork supports classroom studies and individual research with discussion helps to reinforce ideas. Year 7 Year 8 Year 9

As part of their GCSE work in Geography, and as preparation for their coursework, Year 10 Geographers went to Dartmoor to investigate tourist pressure on 'honeypot' sites; Haytor and Widecombe. |
