Drama Drama is an exciting subject that gives you the opportunity to explore different types of theatre and performance. This includes working on scripted pieces along with devising your own productions. Not only will you learn how to use your voice and body effectively to create a dynamic character onstage, you will benefit from gaining confidence to perform in front of a live audience a skill that you can carry with you later on in life. Drama is also about teambuilding, learning to work together as you discover different genres and styles of the theatre. A great experience for people of all ages! Year 7: Year 8: Year 9:

St Margaret’s was alive and reverberating with the sound of rock last week as our 70 strong cast of talented actors and musicians performed to capacity audiences for the three night run of this outstanding musical production. |

As we entered the Royal Opera House we were astonished at how beautiful it was. Everything was perfectly carved and embroided in the Royal Colours, Gold and Red, the detail was just incredible. We were very fortunate to have the best seats in the house

Last night we had a fantastic performance at St Margaret’s first Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre. Set in the Regal Hotel “Chicago’s finest” in 1929 a plot of murder and intrigue unfolded performed by 6th form Drama students, as Mrs Clarke and her GCSE Home Economics students served a three course meal in traditional 1920s waitress outfits.
