Physical Education ‘Sport for All’ is the motto for Physical Education in the Pre-prep and Prep departments at St Margaret’s. Pupils flourish in a relaxed, positive learning environment where individual needs are focused upon to support and maximise potential in different sports. All pupils are encouraged to participate in extra-curricular sporting activities which vary throughout the year according to the season. Competition is developed through match play against other schools and House matches. A vast array of sports are included in the curriculum such as: dance, gymnastics, hockey, netball, short tennis, rounders and kwik cricket. Pupils use first class facilities which include the Exeter Athletics Arena, the University Synthetic Turf pitches and St Luke’s swimming pool. |
