| Parent Staff Association
Who are we?
In a nutshell - you! The PSA is here to represent all the parents of children at St Margaret's and enjoys an extremely close and good relationship with the school. We are a very friendly and relaxed association who hold a meeting in the school library once a term and dates will be posted in advance on the website and also in the newsletter. All are welcome to come along to our meetings with ideas for future fundraising events or to offer support for events already planned, or just to come and meet fellow parents and have an input into school life.
What do we do and why?
We host all sorts of fundraising events to assist in providing additional items for the school in order to enhance our children's enjoyment of St Margaret's. Recent projects have included the purchase of a grand piano, landscaping of the nursery garden and staging for the main hall.
How can you help?
We very much welcome all offers of help at our various events - either through providing cakes and biscuits for Open Days or manning the refreshment tent - and also any ideas you may have for different sorts of events. We host more informal gatherings such as coffee mornings in the PAC and new parents' welcome events as well as, for example, our now traditional and extremely popular Easter egg bingo and Christmas Fair.
How can you contact us?
You can get in touch by email on psa@stmargarets-school.co.uk , or come along to our termly meetings. You will always find us serving refreshments at school Open Mornings and if you ever see us around school, please feel free to come and say hello.

PSA Bingo
This has become a firm favourite in the St Margaret's calendar and achieves our aims of providing a fun event whilst raising money for the PSA. You could say everyone is a winner, not least the children who all go home with something chocolaty. Read more...
