Recipe for ‘Girls on Tour’

24 Year 8 Girls
3 Year 9 Girls
2 Year 12 and 1 Year 13 girls fluent in French
2 Home Economics teachers
1 French Teacher
1 Coach from Hookways of Exeter
1 Driver called Martin

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in the coach at 8.ooam and mix well. Spread evenly and allow to settle. After 9 hours remove from the coach and place in the hotel ‘La Peupelaire’ on the Opal Coast.
  2. Visit a restaurant in Condette for cookery demonstration, including A goats cheese starter and a hot chocolate dessert. Also visit a cheese factory and a Chocolaterie Sample the culinary delights! and purchase masses of chocolate for pressies.
  3. On Day three visit the restaurant for a demonstration of Endive Crumble, Pork Normandy and another chocolate pudding. It may be difficult but sample at each stage! Later visit a Boulangerie and see how French Bread and Croissants are made. Don’t forget to taste the croissants.
  4. On day four visit the sweet factory and purchase more goodies, then visit the Aquarium in Bologne. On the final evening celebrate French food which the chef prepared. Consume escargot and frogs legs, before a disco.
  5. Return to the coach and remix. Spend remaining euro’s at City Europe and finally remove from the coach at 8.20pm.
