Alumnae - St Margaret’s - Connected! A warm welcome to all of you! We hope you will find this section of the website interesting and that it will encourage you to keep in touch with one another and with the school. It is another opportunity for friendships and memories of happy school days to be shared as well as to renew lost contacts It is now over a hundred years since Miss Bessie Jago founded a school in Southernhay for ‘the daughters of gentlemen’. We’ve come a long way since then! Hundreds of pupils have passed through the red front door and have countless memories of their days spent in the seven large Georgian –style houses on the Magdalen Road. Some of you have traveled globally and our ‘St Margaret’s Girls’ are to be found from New Zealand to America. Even though you have moved on from St Margaret’s, you are still part of our family. Alumnae are welcome to all school events and we would love to hear from you! We would be really interested to hear your news.
